If you are struggling with weight gain due to menopause, diabetes, postpartum weight or because of being stuck at home during Covid, then come along and join the Natya Aerobics fitness classes for women.

Natya Aerobics Online Fitness Classes for Women has a holistic approach towards health and wellbeing with every session having combination of various exercises including

Each course is for 10 weeks. Spring term commences on Monday 4th April 2022. Day - Monday to Thursday every week. Time - 6:30am to 7:30am GMT

All you need for the classes are comfortable clothing, a yoga mat, weights (dumbells or if you don't have dumbells 1 or 2 litre water bottles), ankle weights (optional) and 2 comfortable cushions.

Membership options

  • One week - £16 for 4 sessions @ £4 per session
  • Four weeks - £56 for 16 sessions @ £3:50 per session
  • Ten weeks - £120 for 40 sessions @ £3 per session

In Indian Rupees :

  • One week - Rs 1600 for 4 sessions @ Rs 400 per session
  • Four weeks - Rs 5,600 for 16 sessions @ Rs 350 per session
  • Ten weeks - Rs 12,000 for 40 sessions @ Rs 300 per session
